For as long as I can remember I've been fascinated by the
Beat Generation. I'd have to say that most of my fascination is directed to beat style. In my everyday clothing choices there is definitely a trace of beat style. Whether it be in my slouchy hats, 50's style dresses or all that black. One of my favorite beat movies is
"Beat Girl" made in 1959. It's not what you'd call Oscar-worthy, but it's lots of fun to watch! Oh yes, and my wonderful costar is my cat Patsy Cline! ;o)

so cute! I have a very similar skirt, that I bought in a flea market in Lisbon, but never wore it! it's a little bit tight in the waist.
