By the Old Oak Tree




The weather has suddenly turned cooler so it was time for a nice warm coat. I found this one not too long back and it was meant for the shop, but it somehow found a home in my closet. Now that it's colder I find myself wearing boots almost everyday. It might be a bit of an odd pairing wearing my motorcycle boots with a girly dress, but somehow I feel like it works! I hope everyone has a lovely weekend! I have a couple new posts that I'm working on that I'm super excited about!

    that's how it goes all winter...cute dresses and some boots. i wonder though how the women back in the 1930s endured without boots like we have today, they still wore heels, all winter!

    I adore your coat. I would like a vintage shop one day...but every time I find vintage I like I could never imagine parting with it! I think your shop must be terrible temptation towards yourself. :)

    I love when I can wear coats!! Everything seems much more fun in an odd way! That is a gorgeous tree! I love its moss covered roots!

    Love this outfit-- the boots look great with your dress, gives it a bit of a contemporary edge (I'm so jealous of your Frye boots btw I'm hoping for some for Christmas!).
