Monday Jonny and I celebrated our two year wedding anniversary! To greet us that morning was this gorgeous flower in our backyard. It wasn't there the day before and just seemed to appear on Monday morning. Isn't it the prettiest!? This morning it's gone. Anyway, Jonny and I had a wonderful day! First we headed to Assateague island to enjoy some fun in the sun. We picked a perfect day to go because two ponies walked right by where we were sitting! They were going through peoples bags looking for food, lol. They found a loaf of bread and ate that right up! Later we ate dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant. We both had the yummiest fish tacos and margaritas. Then later they surprised us with the most delicious nine layer banana cake! After dinner we went for a walk on the beach then home to watch one of our favorite tv shows, American Pickers. It was the perfect day!
Fun fact! The dress I am wearing just happens to be my wedding dress! Of course when we got married I didn't wear the black belt and shoes, haha! It was the perfect dress for an outdoor wedding on the coast of Maine.

aww that dress is gorgeous. It is amazing that you have been able to wear it more than just ONCE too like most people do with their wedding dresses. You got married in Maine? That's great! One of my best friends lives there! I love those flowers. My landlord planted them all over in the yard! He plants a lot of beautiful flowers every year. It goes so well with your dress.
ReplyDeleteas for the sailor shirt for if you ever have a boy, that is adorable! I actually knew a girl who was single and bought loads of baby clothes that she's saved for her future. I have no idea if she got married or had kids since though. Whatever you have if you have kids in the future, you'll definitely dress them perfectly! awww. Take your time though!
