Hello lovelies! I hope everyone had a nice weekend!

The dress I'm wearing is one I made a couple months back. It was somewhat inspired by one of my favorite dresses from Lena Hoschek's S/S collection. I used and early 70's pattern that I had bought on Etsy in the spring. I'm happy with the way it turned out, but next time I think I'll use a lighter weight fabric. Unfortunately making this dress didn't seem to diminish my desire to own the Lena Hoschek dress it was inspired by, hehe.

I'm sure most of you have heard that Michelle Williams will be playing Marilyn Monroe in the new film My Week With Marilyn. When I saw these photos of Michelle from the new issue of Vogue I was completely amazed. Michelle is gorgeous as Marilyn!

I can't wait to see the movie when it comes out!

I'm Back!

Well, Hello there darlings! I'm finally ready to get back into the blogging swing of things. I sure kept myself very busy over the last month. I did a little bit of everything including house/dog sitting. The adorable doggie I'm hanging out with in the first picture is Bianca. She is the sweetest dog ever! Also, the weather has been just gorgeous so I've been spending as much time outside as possible.

The outfit I'm wearing has been my favorite over the last few weeks. The pants are the ones I told you about awhile ago that I got from Heyday! I highly recommend them. In fact I ordered another pair, hehe. Well, I hope you all have been well! I'm excited to be back. xo
