I Got A New Camera!

Jonny got my a new camera as an early Christmas present! I've been wanting a good camera for ages, so I'm thrilled about my new baby, hehe. I'm still figuring out just how to use it, but I'm having such fun learning! Yay!

Oh, and for those of you that are wondering... the camera is a Canon Rebel T3.

These were taken right before the sun went down Saturday night. The dress is one that was in my shop for ages and never sold. I take that as a hint it was meant to be mine ;o) It reminds me of Rodarte's fall collection. I'll be wearing it often so you'll see more pictures of it soon.

Rodarte, You Make Me Swoon

Rodarte's f/w 2011 collection had me hooked from the moment I saw it back in February. So, I'm quite surprised I'm just getting to posting about it now! The collection was inspired by Terrence Malick's Days of Heaven, which just happens to be one of my favorite movies.

This entire collection is exactly how I'm feeling right now! Pale colors and sheer lace... Full skirts and dresses with rugged boots... and even maxi dresses! I never thought I'd be a maxi dress girl, but it's happened. ;o)

Style Crush, Vika Gazinskaya

Hello lovelies!

I just recently discovered Russian fashion designer Vika Gazinskaya and I'm completely smitten with her style. It seems she's been taking the blogosphere by storm for a couple years now. Like always I was a little slow to discover. Anyway, Vika style is unique and incredibly fabulous! Here's a taste..

I love the way she takes classic silhouettes and makes them unique and unexpected. I also can't get enough of her use of color and those amazing headscarfs! Great, right?!You can check out Vika's latest collection here!

I'm the kind of girl that can't go anywhere without my sunglasses. I have them on before I even leave home. I wear them on cloudy, rainy days. I wear them instead of makeup, lol. I even sometimes wear them inside. Sunglasses are my favorite accessory! So, when I saw
