I recently discovered the most wonderful tumblr blog Fashion + Suggestion with an amazing collection of Norma Jeane photos! I thought I'd seen all there was to see of the girl that became Marilyn Monroe, but I was so wrong. Here are some new to me Norma Jeane photos that I just adore! This a wonderful inspirational post! She looks completely differnet. Like a care free young girl, instead of the va va voom sex symbol that she was later in life. I love these photos :D

She was so lovely pre-Marilyn, or rather pre-chin reduction, hairline electrolysis, and nose job. *Sigh* The things some do for beauty... I can't wait to see the British Marilyn drama with Michele Williams.

It's interesting to see her with such an innocent, girlish look in her eyes. You know, before all the madness. I wonder what her mind was like back then.
