A Thoughtful Gift

Hello! Last week I received a surprise package (the best kind!) in the mail from one of the loveliest ladies I know, Jessie of Strawberry Moth. Jessie made this Elvis print dress for little Hazel and I couldn't love it more! Jessie also sent along the sweetest print that I plan on hanging in Hazel's nursery. As well as the prettiest little heart garland, that I'll also hang in the nursery.

And just for me Jessie sent a basset hound necklace. Loretta is very proud! ;)

I love everything so much! Thank you Jessie!

I hope you all are well! The past couple of weeks have flown by. I guess being pregnant does that to ya! Hazel and I are doing very well though. She kicks and kicks throughout the day and it makes me so very happy. I plan on doing another pregnancy outfit this weekend, so I'll be back soon! xx

Graceful Celebration

Hello!!

I just wanted to stop in and share with you a little newspaper clipping from today's Memphis paper. Yesterday Emma, Cassie and I took a day trip to Memphis to visit with friends and take a tour of Graceland. As we were leaving Graceland we got our picture taken for the Memphis newspaper! I of course find it pretty amazing to be in the newspaper in front of Elvis' house! So, I had to share it with you ;)
The entire day was truly wonderful. Emma and Cassie are the bestest!

Last Saturday Jonny and I met Emma and her hubby Tyler for a picnic at the park. It couldn't have been a more perfect day to do so! Emma and I chatted away while the boys did the same. Tyler and Emma are such a wonderful couple. Love them! :o) Emma just happened to be wearing the Q's Daydream Picnic Playsuit. Not planned, I swear, lol! Doesn't she look adorable!? The dress I'm wearing is one I whipped up inspired by a dress in the 1997 film Lolita. That movie is seriously the BEST Spring, Summer inspiration film ever. Anywho...

Blogger Meetup With Karyn Of Dethrose Vintage!

On New Years Eve day I had the pleasure of meeting one of my favorite blogger friends in person, Karyn of Dethrose Vintage! Karyn and I have know each other online for a couple years now, so meeting her in person was a real treat. Karyn came to Nashville from Chicago with a couple of girlfriends to celebrate the new year. I'm Back!

Well, Hello there darlings! I'm finally ready to get back into the blogging swing of things. I sure kept myself very busy over the last month. I did a little bit of everything including house/dog sitting. The adorable doggie I'm hanging out with in the first picture is Bianca. She is the sweetest dog ever! Also, the weather has been just gorgeous so I've been spending as much time outside as possible.

The outfit I'm wearing has been my favorite over the last few weeks. The pants are the ones I told you about awhile ago that I got from Heyday! I highly recommend them. In fact I ordered another pair, hehe. Well, I hope you all have been well! I'm excited to be back. xo
