1950's Dress: Trade with Aya
Belt: My Mom's from before I was born!
Boots: Frye
Hi everyone! Sorry it's been awhile since my last post! Fall allergies got the best of me. :o/
Anyway, I'm super excited to share this dress with you! Aya of Strawberry Koi and I did a dress trade (yes, I'm the dress trade queen lately, hehe) and this is the dress I got from her. I simply adore it! Thank you Aya! I have a feeling we'll do this again ;o)
The belt was my Mom's back in the 1970's....Could it be any cuter with the little animals!? We took these pictures on the way home after leaving Fab's house. I fell in love with the broken down barn!
I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend! Friday I had a fantastic blogger meet-up and I promise to post pictures soon!

You're doing well with these dress trades- hey? I am tempted to follow your example!!
I'm loving the crinoline poking through from underneath.
Also - what is that amazing ramshackle building in the background? It looks like something out of a book by Shaun Tan!
beautiful!!!
Aww, what a pretty dress! All your dress trades lately have definitely been successful!
Oh, I love that dress!! The blue is so vibrant.
The belt is awfully cute, too.
I am a total sucker for a good broken-down barn... this one takes the cake! You look so lovely in blue, and that belt is just too sweet. (-: Sasha

adorable dress. you look so good in blue!
PS: yes! you need a motorcycle jacket! I have one and I love it. Wearing it with dresses is such a fun contrast (and a typical me outfit, I might add).
is that a crinoline slip or is it part of the dress? I love that look!!!!
Cute dress! The color looks great on you!
kinda feels like 'little house on the prairie' - very pretty
oh goodness you traded. That's so awesome. I'd trade with you as well. . . . hhaahaha. I almost bought that dress until it said it was on reserve for you. It looks better on you though and looks made for you!!! gorgeous shots. You always are stunning.
I LOVE the crinoline peeking out from the skirt. You're so pretty, Quincy!
Aya's such a sweetie, and you look adorable in that dress! Good trade!

You're doing one of my favorite fashion trends right now - boots with dresses. I so need to find me some good boots.
I'd say you did well with your trade. That blue looks lovely on you.
