An Evening on the Beach

These past few days Jonny and I have been dog/house sitting for my Aunt and Uncle. Their home is right on the water, so in these pictures I'm right in their backyard. Not a bad place to be on a beautiful weekend! This is what I wore yesterday out to lunch at the most delicious Mediterranean restaurant. After lunch we took a stroll around town looking in outlet stores. Not really my thing, but I did find a cute yellow sailor style skirt for only $10 at Banana Republic. Today was so lovely that I just sat in the sun, thrilled that I could finally wear a pair of 1940's sun shorts that I bought months ago. I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend!

Love the pictures! The focus in them makes it look a bit unreal, like from sliglhty spooky book or movie poster or so.

What breathtaking photos! You look so lovely too. The weekend sounds completely idyllic (however, I'm with you when it comes to outlet stores! I can't get excited about clothes in 'em!).

I just realized I haven't commented on your haircut yet - aahh! Ever since I started using Google Reader I've been terrible at commenting. LOL.

Back to the haircut - it's adorable! You look fabulous and it really suits you :)

This is a beautiful set of photos. I'm hoping to squeeze in a trip to Maine this summer. It's been a few years since my last visit. I always feel restored, in a way, when I'm there.
